We use online software for our boarding clients. It's called Gingr. You must call or email the office to get set up with an account. Once you have an online account, you can upload your shot records and access them anytime - no worries about keeping a hard copy.

We'll send you a password reset link. We are now live with the newest version of Gingr 2.0 which is more user friendly and now comes with a mobile app. Just log in to get your invite code or email us.
Don't forget to sign your customer agreement.
In the new version of Gingr, you should see a button on the left for Account. Click on it and select Waivers and Agreements. Follow the directions for Unsigned agreements.
Gingr is only compatible with Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Customers that are using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge may experience issues.
If you are having a hard time uploading your shot records,
just email them to email@example.com using the same email account as the one you’re registered with, and it will appear in your app the same way that it would if they were uploaded through the portal.

No. Due to the liability of having clients in the kennels, we do not allow visits from owners or friends while your pet is in our care.
Our hours for drop off and pick up are 6 am to 5:30 pm.
