Scheduling of standard grooms must be done at the time of booking. We don't shave double and triple coated dogs. We don't express anal glands or brush teeth. We feel these are services that should be performed by your veterinarian.

MATTING POLICY

Up to three small mats not attached to the skin are included in a groom.

More than three mats or any mat attached to the skin requires a full shave-down for safety.

If a shave-down is declined, a mat trim-out may be attempted at the groomer’s discretion and charged accordingly.

We offer boarding services for dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small domestic animals.

Yes,  we provide water and a dry kibble as an alternative to bringing food from home but recommend not switching your pet's food, especially if they have health issues. 

Yes, you are welcome to bring your pet's bed or toys to make them feel more comfortable during their stay as long as they can have them unattended.

No. Boarding can be stressful especially if your pet is recovering from surgery. If you need help during the day, we have referrals to professionals who will visit your home during the day to check on your pet. 

Yes. We are trained to administer medication. All meds must come in their original bottle with directions. There may be additional daily charges if your pet is on more than 3 medications or requires medication more than 3 times a day. At this time we are not accepting diabetic dogs.

No. They are two separate things.  

We charge a nightly rate. You only pay for the nights your pet is here. 

It’s a 30-minute, one-on-one session that provides mental stimulation, confidence-building, and basic manners reinforcement during your dog’s stay with us. It’s designed for enrichment — not behavior correction. 

All sessions are led by Heatherlyn LeMaster of LeMaster K9, a professional trainer with years of hands-on experience. Heatherlyn specializes in calm, reward-based approaches. 

Sessions may include polite leash walking, doorway manners, sit/stay/focus work, confidence-building activities, and light enrichment exercises — all tailored to your dog’s needs. 

No. This service is not designed for dogs with aggression, reactivity, or anxiety-related issues. Dogs needing behavior modification should pursue private sessions with Heatherlyn outside of boarding. 

You may make general requests at the time of booking, but training focus is at the discretion of the trainer based on your dog’s age, temperament, and responsiveness. 

Each 30-minute session is $60 and includes a photo and short update. The fee is added to your boarding invoice at pickup. 

 Just ask us to add it when you book your dog’s stay, or call/text us any time before your drop-off. Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and are not scheduled on the last 2 days of a stay. 

 Availability depends on Heatherlyn’s weekly schedule. Generally, dogs can book one session per week. If demand is high, we may open additional slots. 

 If a session is missed or cancelled, the fee will be credited to your account for use on future training or boarding.
